On Tuesday 5th July, Rowan Class boarded the coach for an African Safari Adventure at the Wild Place in Bristol.
The children visited the African village and were delighted to see real African animals including giraffes, zebras and cheetahs. Through outdoor activities such as games and a team trail, the children found out how animals live in the grassland, how they rely on each other for survival and the threats to this delicate balance.
One of the particular hightlights was spotting of a family of Eurpeon brown bears!
